Vinyasa Flow

Monday
12pm – 12:50pm

Movement-based class with vinyasa transitions. Includes standing and seated poses such as forward bends, back bends, twists, and occasional inversions. All flow classes start with pranayama (breathing), segue to asanas (postures), and ends with shivasana (resting/meditation).

 

Candlelight

Nighttime yoga class geared to deep stretching and relaxation to promote improved sleep. Often includes guided meditation.

Slow Flow

Friday
11am - 11:50am

Structured similarly to the Vinyasa Flow class, Slow Flow has a slower pace of movement and limited vinyasa transitions. With a strong focus on alignment and breath, the practice is a great introduction to yoga for beginners or for those students who are healing from injury or overuse.
